RULES

Our page is divided into two - store where the prices are fixed and you purchase the specimens only by clicking the "buy" button, and auctions where the the specimen goes to the highest bidder. The single auction lasts one week.


Order

Purchase made in the store or a win on the auction are tantamount to placing an order for bought/won items.

As the international shipping cost are high we give you 20 days to complete the order and we combine shipping. When you have finished your shopping you should go to `your basket` where you will find detiled information about items you have bought with their preices and combined shipping cost. You can either move from there directly to paypal or ask us to send you the invoice to your e-mail box. If you do not do that, we will send you the invoice automatically.

If the customer who won/bought the specimen(s) cannot fulfill their obligation without a good reason they will be banned from the service.

Privacy Policy

SpiriferMinerals.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a personalized service to you. We do not disclose your personal information through sale, trade, or rent to others.

Payment Method

We prefer PayPal as a payment method. We accept also Western Union and money wire to  bank account. In case you can not use PayPal please contact us to get more information on alternative payment methods.

Shipping

We send all the packages as Priority Mails by the Polish Postal Service, unfortunately it does not provide the tracking service, and we cannot predict the exact time of delivery, but usually it takes maximum 2-3 weeks to the US and Japan and 7-10 days to Europe.

Your specimens are packed as soon as we receive the payment and the parcels are sent at least once a week.

The basic insurance is included in the shipping price, unfortunately any additional insurances are not possible (it is how it works in Poland).

Shipping costs will be added to the specimen price.

We combine shipping.

Returns

If the item you received is damaged, or the content of your package does not correspond to your order, please inform us about it by e-mail, enclosing the pictures of the specimen - you will get a total refund or your loss will be compensated in other way that you choose.
